Digicam pouch
My Pink digicam had a leather case that came with it. But I am quite fastidious when it comes to pouches and purses. So, yesterday, I created a pattern for it myself after much experimentation. The colors blend well with the metallic pink exterior of the cam. I was not very happy with the button but did not have the patience to go and get a new one. However, it does not look any odd on it and the size is quite appropriate. Here it goes...
Passport Bag
I borrowed my husband's passport bag with no intention of returning it. :-) And made this for him. Luckily, he liked it mainly because he can wear it across his shoulders. It needs a waterproof lining even without which it can go around fine. It was simple and was fun to make. The buttons are a kind of bronze in color. And this definitely matches with the tote.Of course, the pattern is mine!!!

Crochet cell phone covers
Matching cap for the blanket
Simple and cute
My Big Drawstring
Soft pink scarf
When I landed in California (from India) it was unbearably cold, windy and raining. The breeze would cut in through the collars. So I decided to make a scarf that would go with my jacket and polo.I got the basic idea from somewhere while browsing and just made it real quick by putting in a few hours for two days. And the fringes are soft and silky.
Grocery tote
Small drawstring
The real objective behind this pattern was to keep coins from being spilt here and there. My husband has the habit of throwing the coins on to the desk once he comes home from work. And when we need coins we might not find them as they would have by then reached the dark, remotest corner of the table. So I made this quickie to collect those mischievious pennies.
The little camera pouch
I wanted a camera pouch which is not very complicated. I mean when I am caught with an emergency to pull out my little casio I do not want the button or the zip to misbehave. So here's the result. It is quite simple as you can see and did not need much of a pattern or much time to make. I usually prefer crocheted buttons than others because I can make matching ones than by the time I hunt for them.
My sweet mini tote
My little tote came from an impulsive yet highly inspired moment in my early days of crocheting. I designed it after seeing some work of an expert. It is made of wool and the plan was to felt it when I began with it. Alas! my calculations went wrong and I ended up with a mini-tote and was afraid of getting a micromini-tote if I felt it. Hence, I left it remain like that. (:-D It can very well contain my cell, purse, keys, cards etc. Looks like I need to post a better pic later.
Elegant doily
Square and rectangle coasters
Heart coasters
I really cannot remember where I lifted this heart pattern from.I do not think I did any modifications to the original pattern either. I made it in three colors of green, peach and light blue with white edging. However, I enjoyed making this set of beauties for my glass-topped wooden stand in my lobby.
